UCR REGISTRATION FORMS & INSTRUCTIONS NOW AVAILABLE FOR 2012
The Unified Carrier Registration form and instructions sheet for registration year 2012 are now available. The UCR registration fees are payable to a motor carrier’s base state. Companies may register and access the forms online at www.ucr.in.gov.
